Pad Thai – a delicious stir-fried rice noodle dish with fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, tamarind, crushed peanuts, and egg. It’s typically served with chicken, seafood, or tofu. Trust me, it’s absolutely delicious!

This is the dish I learned to make from the chefs at “Oasis” resort. As a digital nomad, learning to cook local dishes is not just about food – it’s about immersing yourself in the culture and creating a sense of home wherever you are.
